The Effect of Production Planning and Quality Control on The Final Product

The purpose of this study was to determine the quality products in furniture manufacturing companies, fact, there are always defective production process field. In order achieve a final result, continuous planning and control must be carried out using Quality Control Circle method. sample taken is monthly report data available at PT Hema Medhajaya for 2017-2019 period with total size 36. statistical method used multiple linear regression calculations through SPSS version 25. results show that Production Planning has coefficient value. β -0.189 tcount -23.988 significance level 0.000 <0.05, it can concluded negative significant effect on product. And positive product result marked <0.05 value β2 2.493. simultaneous test (Test F) study. obtained form Fcount 323,988 <0.05. So variables Effect together have Final Result Furniture company Medhajaya.
